Restriction and Mandate

An application made by an employer is valid for a national appointment. An application to or by a municipality concerns a municipal appointment.

The standard limitation of a municipal appointment card is as follows:

Only applies in the municipality of appointment, including mandate.

The municipality has the option of stating its own limitation on the appointment card. You can state this on the appointment tab during the application. The restriction must be clearly defined and must not contain any language or spelling errors.

The appointment is issued by the relevant municipality. This is stated on the Aanstellingspas.

If a professional traffic controller has a municipal Aanstellingspas, the standard validation is for all municipalities that fall under the same mandate.
