Applications for transport escort
To apply for a transport escort, you need to submit some documents via Aanstellingspas.nl. The required documents differ per type of application. Below we explain the different requirements for you.
New card
You will need the following regarding the traffic controller you are requesting for:
- 9-digit validation code
- The certificate may not be older than six months on the day of application. If this is not the case, the traffic controller must take another exam.
- Passport photograph
- Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag
- Driving license B front and back (BSN may not be visible)
Renew an existing card
You will need the following regarding the traffic controller you are requesting for:
- Preferable the current card number
- Passport photograph
- Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag
- Driving license B front and back (BSN may not be visible)
A duplicate
You will need the following regarding the traffic controller you are requesting for:
- Preferable the current card number
- Passport photograph
- Proof of missing or police report
A conversion/addition
You will need the following regarding the traffic controller you are requesting for:
- Preferable the current card number
- Completed employee statement
- Passport_photograph
- Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, if you want to extend the Aanstellingspas immediately.
