Liability as organizer

The organizer is liable and must take out event insurance. The organizer who deploys the traffic controllers must provide event insurance that includes liability for the work. Under current legislation, the organizer of an event is regarded as an employer in the context of liability.

However, if a traffic controller deliberately acts contrary to the agreements that lead to an accident, this person can be held liable.
